The Aviator
I started this website to share my thoughts and cooking experience with everyone. I'm going to review restaurants, share opinions on products, review new and unique stores and anything you suggest. I'm also going to share recipe's that I make at home. I want to provide and develop ways for pilots to make amazing meals to take with them on trips for themselves.
I grew up in the Midwest and had a love for food and flying from a young age. After going to college for aviation I moved to California where I instructed for a few years in Northern California. I now live in the Los Angeles Area and fly for a living. I've always had a passion for everything cooking. I love playing with and finding new kitchen gadgets. I'm a big fan of the cooking channel and Anthony Bourdain: No Resrvations. I love finding new recipes and making classic recipe's from my grandparents. I subscribe to Cooking Light and The Food Network magazine. A lot of my recipe's I play with are inspired by those magazines.
